My name is Laura and I am the Director of Saving The Best for Last.
I started baking at the young age of 3. Nan would start me off making jam tarts. Grandma would show me how to make Lemon Meringue pie and Christmas Cake and my mum would show me her secret recipe for Victoria Sponge. They have handed down recipes through the generations to me and all of these recipes I still use today.
With more than 20 years of experience, there’s no challenge too big or too small when it comes to making cakes. I dedicate my utmost energy to every project I take on.
I am passionate about every cake i make. I will spend hours making sure all the details are correct to each design and I love what i do!
I am based in the heart of the English countryside and am in close proximity to Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
